I have been to few hostels in the Philippines which have satisfied me as much as Harold’s Mansion has.
Sitting in between Luzon and Mindanao, Visayas is the cluster of islands surrounding the Negros and Cebu main islands. Home to the most famous beaches in the country, it boasts of many flesh-to-white-sand havens and clear waters. There are also plenty of “virgin islands” surrounding the more famous coasts that have yet to be developed for tourism.
It is my sincere hope that they stay that way, as the way commercialization is right now, it tends to destroy whatever it sets its greedy hands on.
The experience is an inspiring one, allowing the common person to experience the greatness of nature in a different, memorable, and accessible way.
Clear, blue waters, white sand, and negligible waves make this beach a vacationist’s paradise. Here are my general, honest, and unbiased impressions on the famed beach.
